Responsibilities : -Drive end to end analysis of business requirements and translate them into optimized SAP and Tosca solutions that improve reliability and business value across enterprise processes -Execute detailed SAP configuration and Tosca test design activities that ensure systems operate consistently with defined business rules and compliance standards -Develop comprehensive Tosca automation test suites that validate critical SAP functionalities and reduce manual effort while increasing test coverage and defect detection accuracy -Coordinate test planning and execution using Tosca for complex SAP scenarios to ensure stable releases and reduced production incidents for key business stakeholders -Perform root cause analysis on SAP and Tosca related defects and issues to identify patterns and propose targeted corrective and preventive actions that strengthen system stability -Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in a hybrid work environment to gather requirements clarify assumptions and ensure alignment of SAP and Tosca solutions with organizational goals -Produce clear analytical insights and performance reports from SAP data that support continuous improvement and more informed operational and strategic decision making -Optimize test data management and test case maintenance in Tosca to keep test assets scalable reusable and aligned with evolving SAP configurations and business processes -Ensure high quality documentation of test scenarios process flows and analytical findings so that stakeholders can quickly understand impacts dependencies and required follow up actions -Support day to day operational incident triage related to SAP and Tosca by validating reported behavior prioritizing issues and coordinating timely resolution with relevant teams -Apply operations domain knowledge when available to refine SAP process designs and Tosca test coverage so that solutions better reflect real world business workflows and constraints -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing enhancements to SAP processes Tosca automation practices and analytical methods that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk -Align all analysis testing and optimization activities with company objectives to deliver measurable value to clients and communities through more resilient and efficient digital operations Qualifications -Demonstrate strong practical expertise in SAP configuration process analysis and data interpretation gained over six to eight years in enterprise environments -Show advanced proficiency in Tosca test design automation and execution with a proven ability to build maintain and scale test suites for complex business applications -Utilize solid understanding of software quality assurance concepts including defect lifecycle test strategies and regression approaches to maintain high product reliability -Apply any existing operations domain experience to interpret business processes accurately and design SAP and Tosca solutions that reflect realistic operational conditions -Communicate clearly in hybrid work settings using structured written and verbal updates to ensure stakeholders understand findings risks and recommended actions -Manage workload independently within a day shift schedule by organizing tasks prioritizing critical activities and meeting deadlines without requiring travel -Adapt quickly to evolving tools methodologies and organizational priorities by learning new features and best practices in SAP Tosca and related analytical technologies -Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams by listening to diverse perspectives and converting shared understanding into actionable requirements and test artifacts 9.
