Responsibilities : - Analyze complex laboratory workflows and data lifecycles to configure Empower and LIMS solutions that improve efficiency accuracy and traceability for scientific and quality operations - Collaborate with laboratory quality and IT stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and convert them into practical Empower and LIMS functional designs that align with compliance expectations - Coordinate end to end Empower and LIMS implementation activities including configuration validation support testing preparation and controlled deployment to production environments - Develop and maintain comprehensive functional specifications configuration documents and standard operating procedures that clearly describe Empower and LIMS usage and governance - Guide laboratory teams on best practices for Empower data acquisition processing and reporting to support reliable analytical results and regulatory ready documentation - Monitor daily system usage and performance to proactively identify Empower and LIMS issues analyze root causes and drive timely resolutions with minimal disruption to operations - Establish robust controls for data integrity audit trail review and user access management in Empower and LIMS to meet internal quality policies and external regulatory expectations - Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing by defining realistic scenarios preparing test data reviewing results and confirming that Empower and LIMS solutions meet business objectives - Train end users through structured sessions and practical demonstrations to build confidence in Empower and LIMS functionality and promote consistent and compliant system utilization - Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Empower and LIMS usability streamline workflows reduce manual interventions and improve overall digital lab maturity - Partner with global and regional teams to harmonize Empower and LIMS configurations templates and processes so that data and methods can be shared efficiently across sites - Support audit and inspection readiness by providing clear evidence of Empower and LIMS controls explaining configuration decisions and responding to detailed system related queries - Evaluate emerging Empower features and LIMS capabilities to recommend pragmatic enhancements that align with long term digital laboratory strategies and measurable business value -Qualifications - Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Empower including instrument integration method set configuration result reporting and adherence to data integrity principles - Bring substantial hands on experience with at least one major LIMS platform applied to regulated laboratory environments covering sample management workflow design and reporting - Apply strong understanding of pharmaceutical or biotech laboratory processes and regulatory frameworks such as good manufacturing practice and good laboratory practice to system design - Utilize solid skills in requirements analysis documentation and configuration to translate complex user needs into sustainable Empower and LIMS solutions for day to day use - Communicate clearly with cross functional teams using structured updates concise explanations and inclusive collaboration approaches to ensure shared understanding of system changes - Manage multiple parallel initiatives using organized planning and prioritization practices suitable for hybrid work models where teams operate across onsite and remote settings 9.
