About the role
As a Business Process Consultant / Engagement Manager, you will make an impact by leading strategic banking transformation initiatives, driving process optimization, and ensuring successful program delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams, helping organizations achieve operational excellence, improve customer experiences, and realize business value through technology-enabled transformation.
You will be a valued member of the Financial Services consulting team and work closely with client executives, business leaders, program managers, architects, and delivery teams to define transformation strategies and guide successful execution.

In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and facilitating governance forums to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes.
Lead business process assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations that drive operational efficiency and business transformation.
Define strategic roadmaps, target operating models, and transformation initiatives aligned with client business objectives and industry best practices.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and delivery outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technology, and delivery resources, to support program execution and achievement of key milestones.
Monitor program performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Support organizational change management efforts by helping stakeholders navigate process, technology, and organizational transformations.
Contribute to business development efforts, account growth initiatives, and the identification of new opportunities within existing client relationships.
Provide executive-level communications, status reporting, and strategic updates to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with ServiceNow and enterprise platform delivery teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into transformational solutions.
What you need to have to be considered
Proven experience in business consulting, process transformation, engagement management, program management, or a related leadership role.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services processes, and transformation initiatives.
Experience conducting business process analysis, process optimization, and operational improvement programs.
Demonstrated success managing client relationships and executive stakeholder communications.
Strong program and project management experience, including governance, planning, risk management, and delivery oversight.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements across complex initiatives.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology organizations.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
These will help you stand out
Experience leading large-scale banking or financial services transformation programs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and their application in business transformation initiatives.
Experience developing target operating models, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting digital transformation, customer experience, or operational excellence initiatives.
Consulting experience within large enterprise environments.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, Prosci, or other relevant industry certifications.
Experience supporting business development activities, account management, and strategic growth initiatives.
Work Model
This is a fully remote position based in the United States. Associates will work remotely while collaborating closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams to drive successful transformation outcomes.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until October 25, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $119,000-$136,000 depending on experience and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and
subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
