Cognizant France is hiring a Senior Account Manager - Associate Director to form an integral part of the continued rapid growth of Cognizant’s French Sales team, expanding our global service portfolio from Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services for large accounts in France. The role will involve daily exposure to our clients and Cognizant senior management, and is based in Paris, la défense and offers hybrid work model
Overview : Client Relationship Managers are key contributors to commercial side of Cognizant IT and Consulting Business. CRM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. They act as business owners for assigned accounts, leading the day-to-day activities and P&L of these accounts. The CRM works with delivery teams to enhance backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met. They work towards establishing a positive client experience by conducting client meetings. A CRM's shared measures are margin, revenue, client satisfaction & employee retention.
What are you looking for?
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships within a set of clients within Insurance sector
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and be responsible for a portfolio of several millions
- Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the company ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated and addressed.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance including key metrics and client satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
- Insurance Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and developments through our partnership with Hyperscalers, specific trainings and success stories from other geos
Drive RFPs / proactive bids with regards to renewals, extensions, and expansion

What are we looking for :
- 10 + years of experience in a client facing role from previous IT Professional services firms / offshore outsourcing industry.
- Aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite
- Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and in English
- Ability to build multi-tower offers : Core Insurance, IA, Automation, Move to cloud, software development...
- Build and review contracts with Legal teams, own your subjects from the beginning of the opporutnity to the end of the delivery
- Ability to listen with intent, build genuine connections, surface critical concerns, and translate them into effective, value-driven solutions
Preferred Experience
- Success in one tranformation deal within Insurance or Banking & Financial Service
- Detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments.
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the skills to identify strategic solutions to business problems that have enterprise-wide implications.
Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments and technical and non-technical audiences
