Job Summary
The Sr Product Specialist in ISG will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our Guidewire-based solutions. With a focus on integration and optimization the candidate will leverage their expertise in GW Cloud Integration Framework SQL and Guidewire tools to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and optimization of Guidewire-based solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of SQL databases to support application functionality and data integrity.
- Provide expertise in Guidewire Tools and accelerators to streamline product development and deployment.
- Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system performance to ensure optimal operation.
- Implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain Java applications to support integration and functionality of Guidewire solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GW APD and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite to enhance system interoperability and data flow.
- Analyze and address technical challenges to ensure seamless product operation and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and support documentation for end-users.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
- Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and in-office settings.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in GW Cloud Integration Framework SQL and Guidewire tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java and experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Have experience with Splunk for system monitoring and analysis.
- Exhibit knowledge in Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration.
- Domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agent Compensation and Agent Set-up & Training is a plus.

Guidewire Certified Associate Java SE Programmer Certification
