I never knew about Gawad Silab until halfway through my second year in Cognizant, but finding it felt like discovering a part of myself I didn’t realize needed to be seen. Being recognized as an awardee for two consecutive years has been deeply humbling—each event feels like a quiet reset, a moment to reflect on the impact of what I do and the doors this journey has opened for me. Being surrounded by so much passion and dedication truly highlighted why we do what we do at Cognizant, making me incredibly proud to be part of this leadership community. Receiving the Torchbearer of the Year award for the second consecutive year is a huge milestone for me.
