Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sailpoint IdentityNow and Sailpoint IdentityIQ. This role involves analyzing business needs developing solutions and ensuring seamless integration of identity management systems to enhance security and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for identity management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for integrating Sailpoint IdentityNow and Sailpoint IdentityIQ into existing systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support for identity management projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments of identity management processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Sailpoint solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards by implementing robust identity management practices.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality of identity management systems.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate project status and outcomes to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity management solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of identity management systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity management technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Sailpoint IdentityNow and Sailpoint IdentityIQ with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing identity management solutions in a business environment.
- Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and technical specifications.
- Display the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
