Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Power BI to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Power BI to transform data into actionable insights contributing significantly to our companys success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced Power BI features to create interactive and visually appealing data visualizations.
- Optimize data models and queries to enhance performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI solutions ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and comply with company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Power BI tools.
- Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate Power BI solutions with existing systems.
- Document processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Power BI including DAX and Power Query.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data modeling and visualization techniques.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience in working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Show ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
