Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience in Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Provider domain and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves developing innovative solutions that align with our companys objectives and contribute to societal advancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Appian-based solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Utilize Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
- Integrate Appian AI capabilities to enhance decision-making processes and drive innovation.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices within the Provider domain.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Appian technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that positively impact society.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Appian RPA AI and Solution Development.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Provider domain and its specific requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
