Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of product architecture using Duck Creek technologies to ensure robust and scalable solutions. - Oversee the implementation of Duck Creek Utilities User Admin and Skins to enhance product functionality and user experience. - Provide expertise in Duck Creek Rating and Manuscripts to optimize insurance product offerings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Duck Creek Digital Engagement features ensuring a seamless customer journey. - Manage project timelines and deliverables using Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient product releases. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all product architecture activities. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development strategies and priorities. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product architecture and processes to support knowledge sharing and training. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation. - Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes. - Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance product capabilities and performance. -Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in Scrum and Project Management demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery. - Demonstrate proficiency in Duck Creek Utilities User Admin and Skins showcasing the ability to enhance product features. - Exhibit strong knowledge of Duck Creek Rating and Manuscripts contributing to optimized insurance solutions. - Have experience with Duck Creek Digital Engagement ensuring a customer-centric approach in product development. - Show expertise in hybrid work models balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively. - Display excellent communication and collaboration skills fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. - Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field providing a solid technical foundation. 9.
