Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java 8 Spring Boot Microservices and REST Web Services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. Your expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL will be essential in optimizing performance and maintaining robust applications. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using Java 8 and Spring Boot to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture to enhance system modularity and performance.
- Provide technical expertise in REST Web Services to ensure efficient communication between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices in Core Java development.
- Optimize database interactions using PL/SQL to improve application performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to drive successful project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Java 8 Spring Boot and Microservices is required.
- Proven experience in REST Web Services and Core Java development is essential.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL for database optimization is mandatory.
- Experience in Telematic Services domain is a nice to have.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
