Senior Developer – Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Agents:

Notice: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- At least 5 -13 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise software solutions using Python and Azure cloud services.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience building and deploying custom agents using the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, including building conversational agents across surfaces such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and web channels.
- Strong experience using the Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel Python SDK together for multi-agent orchestration, tool invocation, plugins, workflows, memory, and function calling.
- Strong experience with Azure OpenAI and Nice to have knowledge on Azure AI Foundry, including deploying and managing models, configuring inference endpoints
- Should have experience deploying custom agents as Teams apps, including publishing agents to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, with configuration across Entra ID, Azure Bot Service.
- Strong working knowledge of core Azure services including App Service, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB for building, securing, and scaling agent backends.
- Should have experience securing agent solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, RBAC, and Key Vault for secrets management.
- Should have strong experience with observability and monitoring of deployed agents using Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, and Foundry's built-in agent tracing and evaluation pipelines.
- Should have good understanding of RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search for grounding agent responses with enterprise knowledge (Optional).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for deploying agent solutions across dev, staging, and production environments.
