Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our Asset & Wealth Management domain. You will leverage your expertise in Data Privacy Foundation Database and SQL and OneTrust to ensure robust data management and compliance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment contributing to impactful projects that enhance our companys value and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data privacy solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee database architecture and SQL development to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
- Provide technical expertise in OneTrust to enhance data governance and privacy management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data privacy measures into asset and wealth management systems.
- Develop strategies to improve data security and protect sensitive information within the organization.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of database systems to support business growth and innovation.
- Conduct regular assessments of data privacy practices to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Implement best practices in database management to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in data privacy and asset management to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of data privacy principles.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience in Data Privacy Foundation showcasing a deep understanding of compliance requirements.
- Possess strong proficiency in Database and SQL with a proven track record of optimizing data systems.
- Exhibit expertise in OneTrust demonstrating the ability to manage and enhance privacy frameworks.
- Have a solid background in Asset & Wealth Management understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the domain.
- Show adaptability to hybrid work models effectively balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
- Display excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
