Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst where you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. With your expertise in API ISO XML 20022 Messages and SWIFT MT Messages you will drive impactful solutions that enhance our operations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts ensuring a balanced work-life experience.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive technical specifications that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of API solutions into existing systems.
  • Evaluate and interpret ISO XML 20022 Messages to optimize data exchange processes within the organization.
  • Facilitate the implementation of SWIFT MT Messages to enhance financial transaction efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of technical solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Support stakeholders in understanding technical requirements and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to support the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry standards and emerging technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that positively impact society and enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in API integration and management to support business operations.
  • Exhibit expertise in ISO XML 20022 Messages for effective data communication and exchange.
  • Possess strong knowledge of SWIFT MT Messages to facilitate secure and efficient financial transactions.
  • Showcase analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Display excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Hold a degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 14 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on technical solutions.


Certifications Required

Accredited ACH Professional (NACHA) Accredited Payments Risk Professional (NACHA)
