About the role
As a QA Test Manager with DuckCreek/P&C experience, you will make an impact by leading complex testing initiatives across Home and Auto insurance lines, ensuring high-quality delivery of policy lifecycle functionalities. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Assurance team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and integration teams.

In this role, you will:
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for General Insurance platforms, specifically DuckCreek, across Policy Creation, Renewal, Reserve Transactions, and Payments.
• Define and execute test strategies, estimations, reporting metrics, and root cause analysis for complex programs.
• Provide hands-on support for critical defect retesting and E2E sanity checks.
• Collaborate across multiple vendors and lines of business to ensure seamless integration and quality assurance.
• Drive Agile delivery practices using Rally, and contribute to DevOps workflows and automation scripting.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days a week onsite at a client location in Charlotte, NC. What you need to have to be considered:
• Around 10 years of QA experience, with at least 8 years in a Test Lead or Manager capacity.
• Strong domain expertise in General Insurance, specifically Property & Casualty and Workers Compensation.
• Hands-on experience with DuckCreek platform and insurance lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex program implementations and multi-vendor environments.
• Proficiency in Rally, ALM, Jira, and test management best practices.
