IDM Operations Lead (M level)
As an App Security Architect you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing security solutions that safeguard our applications and data. With a focus on identity management and governance you will ensure robust security protocols are in place. Your expertise in Java and various identity management tools will be vital in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement security architectures that protect applications and data from unauthorized access and breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into application development processes.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize your expertise in identity management to ensure secure access controls and user authentication.
- Implement identity governance solutions to manage user roles and permissions effectively.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on security-related issues.
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly to minimize impact.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance security strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
- Optimize security processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in identity management and governance with hands-on experience in Oracle Identity Manager.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming for secure application development.
- Experience with CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance is essential.
- Familiarity with hybrid work models and rotational shifts is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of security advancements.
Certifications Required
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Oracle Identity Management Certification
