Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insights and strategies. With a focus on reporting analytics and business analysis you will contribute to optimizing store operations and finance processes. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across departments ensuring impactful financial planning and execution.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial reporting systems to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide strategic insights through detailed business analysis and planning to support store operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Drive the optimization of finance and accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to forecast financial performance and guide strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards to maintain integrity in reporting.
  • Develop and present financial reports to senior management highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Support the budgeting process by providing accurate financial projections and analysis.
  • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of business strategies.
  • Facilitate the integration of financial systems and tools to streamline operations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in reporting and analytics with a proven track record in business analysis and planning.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in store operations finance and accounting ensuring comprehensive domain knowledge.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Have experience in hybrid work models showcasing adaptability and effective communication skills.
  • Show commitment to professional growth and continuous learning in financial planning and analysis.
  • Display strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving impactful outcomes.
  • Maintain a collaborative approach working effectively within cross-functional teams.
