Job Summary
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements and conducting business analysis to drive strategic planning. Responsibilities
- Lead the requirements gathering process by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Oversee the documentation of business requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Provide detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from various departments.
- Develop comprehensive business models to support planning and execution of projects.
- Ensure that all business analysis activities adhere to company standards and best practices.
- Support the development of project plans by providing input on timelines resources and risks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
- Utilize strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis with at least 8 years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning and process improvement methodologies.
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Show experience in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and analyze requirements.
- Be adept at developing business models and strategic plans to drive project success.
