À propos du poste

En tant que Vice-Président Adjoint – Responsable de comptes, vous aurez un impact en gérant plusieurs comptes bancaires. Vous serez un membre précieux de l’équipe SBF (services bancaires et financières) Commercial et collaborerez étroitement avec vous collègues pour présenter et offrir le meilleur de Cognizant à nos clients.

Ce que vous accomplirez

  • Agissez comme le leader du compte afin de stimuler les nouvelles opportunités, les renouvellements, l’expansion des affaires, les sources de revenus, la croissance rentable et la satisfaction client pour l’ensemble des solutions de Cognizant.

  • Possédez une excellente compréhension de l’industrie bancaire canadienne.

  • Agissez comme un conseiller de confiance pour les clients, développez un réseau de relations de la C-suite et maintenez une excellente satisfaction client.

  • Élaborez des plans de croissance à long terme gagnants en collaboration avec de multiples parties prenantes de Cognizant (lignes de service, équipes d’innovation, partenaires).

  • Établissez des relations stratégiques et tactiques avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes pour assurer la réussite du compte (ventes, opérations, marketing, livraison on‑shore et off‑shore).

  • Faire preuve en tout temps de la manière de diriger chez Cognizant. Cela implique un leadership personnel (établir la confiance, favoriser la collaboration et l’inclusion), un leadership organisationnel (transmettre une vision et une raison d’être, adopter une mentalité stratégique, et tracer une direction audacieuse qui donne un sens au travail), et un leadership d’affaires (mettre le client au centre des priorités, gérer l’ambiguïté avec responsabilité et orientation vers les résultats, et faire preuve de sens financier).

Compétences requises

· Plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le secteur, dont au moins 10 ans en gestion de comptes et développement d’affaires.

  • Expérience dans la gestion d’un P&L client de plusieurs millions de dollars, incluant le reporting et l’analyse de métriques.

  • Solide expérience dans la gestion de différents contextes de vente: ventes directes, nouvelles ventes, programmes de vente, activité d’annuité existante.

  • Expérience approfondie dans la vente et le positionnement de services/solutions numériques.

  • Baccalauréat en technologie ou en sciences, ou expérience équivalente.

  • Incarner la manière de diriger chez Cognizant: Se diriger soi-même, diriger les autres et diriger l’entreprise

  • Incarner les valeurs de Cognizant: Travailler en équipe, Oser innover, Placer la barre plus haut, Faire ce qui est juste et Assumer la responsabilité

Compétences désirées

  • Compréhension du marché bancaire canadien.

  • Expérience dans la gestion de grands clients globaux impliquant des accords complexes à l’échelle mondiale.

  • Compréhension approfondie des domaines liés aux activités du client, à la technologie et aux ventes de services.

  • Expérience avec les modèles de livraison off‑shore et la gestion d’équipes dispersées mondialement.

  • MBA ou maîtrise en technologie, ou expérience équivalente.

About the role

As an AVP - Client Partner you will make an impact by managing clients across multiple banking accounts. You will be a valued member of the BFS Commercial team and work collaboratively with the larger Cognizant ecosystem to bring and showcase best of Cognizant to clients.

In this role, you will:

- Acts as the leader of the account to drive new, renewal, and expanded business opportunities, revenue streams, profitable growth, and client satisfaction for all Cognizant solution portfolios

- Excellent understanding of Canadian Banking Industry

- Acts as a trusted adviser to clients, builds and leverages C-level account networks, and maintains excellent client satisfaction on behalf of Cognizant

- Formulates winning long-term account growth plans through collaboration with multiple Cognizant stakeholders (service lines, innovation teams, partners, business teams)

- Establish high-level and tactical relationships with all internal Cognizant stakeholders to ensure account success (e.g., sales, operations, marketing, on-shore & off-shore delivery)

- Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, which means operating with Personal Leadership (building trust, collaboration, and inclusion), Organizational Leadership (driving vision and purpose, demonstrating a strategic and enterprise mindset, and creating and communicating a bold direction that inspires purpose), and Business Leadership (exemplifying client focus, managing ambiguity with accountability and results, and operating with financial acumen)

What you need to have to be considered

· 20 +years of industry domain experience with at least 10+ years in account management and business development roles

· Experience in managing large, multimillion-dollar client P&L, including reporting and metric assessment

· Strong track record of managing different selling contexts, ranging from sales, new sales, sales programs, and existing annuity business

· Extensive experience in positioning and selling digital services / solutions

· Bachelor’s degree in technology or science, or equivalent experience

These will help you succeed

• Understanding of Canadian banking market

• Experience in managing large, extensive, global clients involving globally complex deals

• In-depth understanding of the client business, technology, and services sales domains to be selling into

• Experience in off-shore delivery models and in managing globally dispersed teams

• Master’s degree in technology, MBA degree, or equivalent experience

Work model
