Job Summary
The SME-Investment Banking role requires a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in the field. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in trade validation invoice payments to brokers and brokerage fees reconciliation. This role involves working with Outlook-Emails and MS Excel to manage OTC brokerage fees payables and receivables efficiently. The position operates during a preferable UK hours shift with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee trade validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage brokerage fees reconciliation to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
- Utilize Outlook-Emails for effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
- Employ MS Excel to analyze and report brokerage data with stakeholders including internal updates.
- Ensure timely processing of OTC brokerage fees payables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve trade validation procedures.
- Implement best practices in financial reconciliation to optimize efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on trade validation and reconciliation techniques.
- Develop comprehensive reports to track and evaluate broker performance.
- Support the development of automated systems for brokerage fee management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in Outlook-Emails for effective communication.
- Exhibit advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Possess strong knowledge of trade validation processes and standards.
- Have experience in brokerage fees reconciliation and underlying OTC products
- Show expertise in managing OTC brokerage fees payables and various exceptions
- Display ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Present analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Certifications Required
Preferable Microsoft Excel Expert Certification
