Job Summary
The SME-Social Media Monitoring role involves leveraging technical skills in MS Powerpoint MS Word and MS Excel to effectively monitor and analyze social media trends within the Hi-Tech domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts contributing to impactful insights that drive business strategies and enhance company reputation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms to identify trends and insights relevant to the Hi-Tech industry
- Analyze social media data using MS Excel to generate reports that inform strategic decisions

- Utilize MS Powerpoint to create compelling presentations that communicate social media findings to stakeholders

Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Powerpoint MS Word and MS Excel to effectively perform job duties
