About the role
As a Test Program Manager, you will make an impact by driving end-to-end testing strategy, governance, and release readiness across large-scale programs. You will be a valued member of the quality engineering team and work collaboratively with client leadership, delivery teams, product owners, and infrastructure stakeholders across global locations.
In this role, you will:
• Define and execute end-to-end test strategies covering functional, regression, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Govern the entire test lifecycle, ensuring quality standards, defect management, and release readiness criteria are met
• Drive go/no-go decisions, manage cutover planning, parallel runs, and post-production validation activities
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for senior stakeholders, presenting test metrics, risks, and release readiness at steering committees
• Lead and mentor distributed QA teams while fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability

What you need to have to be considered
• 18+ years of experience in QA/testing leadership with strong expertise in test strategy, planning, and governance
• Proven experience across SDLC methodologies including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall, with strong defect lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML testing, API and data testing, and modern QA tools including GenAI-powered testing solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive leadership and managing escalations and client satisfaction
• Experience in financial management including P&L ownership, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
These will help you stand out
• Experience driving AI/ML adoption in testing, including intelligent automation, defect prediction, and self-healing frameworks
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Copilot or LLM-assisted QA approaches
• Strong leadership experience managing large, distributed teams and driving hiring, mentoring, and capability building initiatives
• Proven ability to lead proof of concepts (PoCs) and evaluate emerging QA tools and technologies
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, or PRINCE2
