We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM FileNet and will thrive in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. This role does not require travel. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of our software solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using IBM FileNet to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues.
- Document software designs code changes and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.
- Adapt to rotational shifts to provide continuous support and development.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Impact society by developing software that enhances business operations and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with IBM FileNet.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
