Job Summary
Join our multinational corporation as a TL-Accounting where you will leverage your 7 to 10 years of experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) and Store Operations. In this hybrid work model you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Record to Report process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team in resolving complex accounting issues.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Utilize your expertise in Store Operations to optimize financial processes and drive operational excellence.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies that align with the companys objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data interpretation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of Store Operations and its impact on financial performance.
- Have a solid grasp of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
- Show experience in process improvement and financial systems implementation.
- Display excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
