Responsibilities
- Job Description
- Provide Install Move Add Change lMAC Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
- Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop-Floor handhelds laptops and scanner devices.
- Perform data collection preservation activities as they relate to migrations and or eDiscovery.
- Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image aka eCore
Job Qualifications
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Analytic Troubleshooting Skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business application.
- Good Customer Support Skills.
- Minimum 2 years desk side support services.
- Basic knowledge of networks telecom and compute storage.
- Basic knowledge of mobile device support.
Lead the implementation and management of End User Tools ensuring efficient and effective use across the organization.
- Oversee the maintenance and support of Windows environments ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Provide expert networking solutions to enhance connectivity and performance within the organization.
- Manage desktop support operations ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in IT processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Implement best practices for IT service management to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of IT systems.
- Contribute to the development of IT strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in End User Tools with hands-on experience in Nexthink.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing and supporting Windows environments.
- Exhibit solid understanding of networking principles and practices.
- Have experience in desktop support with a focus on remote troubleshooting.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications Required
- CompTIA A+ Certification Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
