Job Summary
As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of end user tools ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction. You will work in a hybrid remote model focusing on optimizing Windows environments and networking solutions. Your expertise in Nexthink and desktop support will be crucial in enhancing productivity and efficiency. This role is for location -Mexico-Santiago and -Mexico-Monterrey
Responsibilities

- Provide Install Move Add Change lMAC Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
- Where required provide support for the Manufacturing Shop-Floor handhelds laptops and scanner devices.
- Perform data collection preservation activities as they relate to migrations and or eDiscovery.
- Stage Build and Image systems with standard client image aka eCore
Job Qualifications
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Analytic Troubleshooting Skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business application.
- Good Customer Support Skills.
- Minimum 2 years desk side support services.
- Basic knowledge of networks telecom and compute storage.
- Basic knowledge of mobile device support.
Lead the deployment and management of end user tools ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Windows systems to ensure reliability and security.
- Provide expert guidance in networking solutions to enhance connectivity and data flow.
- Manage desktop support operations addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Nexthink solutions into existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of systems to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Facilitate training sessions for users to maximize the utilization of end user tools.
- Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Implement best practices in desktop support to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
- Drive initiatives to enhance system security and protect sensitive data. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Nexthink and its application in end user environments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows systems and networking solutions.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills in desktop support scenarios.
- Have a solid understanding of hybrid remote work models and their technical requirements.
- Show capability in managing and optimizing end user tools for enhanced productivity.
- Display effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Certifications Required
- Nexthink Certified Professional CompTIA Network+ Microsoft Certified: Windows Client
