Position Summary:
•SAP IS-U Functional Architect with strong expertise in Device Management and Billing, responsible for delivering end-to-end utilities solutions, driving fit-gap analysis and enabling best-practice IS-U implementations across market and business processes.
Mandatory Skills:
•Expertise in SAP IS-U (min. 2 modules: Billing, Device Management, FICA)
•Strong utilities domain experience with full lifecycle implementations
•Deep knowledge of metering, billing configuration, and pricing models
•Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, workshops, and solution design
•Understanding of market interactions (e.g., AEMO, B2B messaging)
•Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and defect resolution
•Working knowledge of SAP HANA, SQL, and integration concepts
•Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead Fit-Gap analysis and functional workshops with business/IT teams
•Design and deliver SAP IS-U solutions aligned to best practices
•Configure and support Device Management, Billing, and market processes
•Analyze defects/issues and provide business-impact-driven solutions
•Produce Functional & Solution Design documents
•Collaborate with ABAP, integration, and testing teams for delivery
•Support end-to-end testing, validation, and go-live readiness
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
•SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP IS-U / Utilities
•SAP Certification in S/4HANA Utilities / SAP HANA
Salary Range: >$100,000
