Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions using Dynamics 365 modules including Project Operations Reporting Service Sales and Configuration. - Provide detailed documentation of business processes workflows and system requirements to support seamless implementation and operational efficiency. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business performance. - Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business needs ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. - Develop and deliver comprehensive reports using Dynamics 365 Reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and end-users on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Dynamics 365 solutions with existing systems. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 modules addressing user queries and implementing updates as needed. - Leverage domain expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Brokerage to tailor solutions that align with industry-specific requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiency. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards while implementing solutions. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules including Project Operations Reporting Service Sales and Configuration. - Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Have a solid understanding of business processes and workflows particularly in Investment Banking Operations and Brokerage (nice to have). - Showcase ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet specific business needs. - Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively. - Bring experience in delivering training sessions and workshops to educate users on system functionalities. - Hold a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering impactful solutions. - Maintain a detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting for seamless implementation and operations. - Demonstrate adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage tasks efficiently during day shifts. - Exhibit commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives and societal impact. - Possess a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Showcase ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 9.
