Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to drive SAP integration and domain-specific solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing processes in procurement inventory management and production planning ensuring alignment with organizational goals and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP EWM SD and FICO integration solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide expertise in SAP Indirect Procurement ensuring seamless procurement processes and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee SAP Inventory Management to optimize stock levels reduce waste and improve supply chain performance.
  • Implement SAP Purchasing solutions to streamline vendor management and procurement workflows.
  • Utilize SAP-MM to enhance material management processes ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of inventory.
  • Apply domain expertise in Production Planning and Control for Industrial Manufacturing to improve production schedules and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (EHS) standards by integrating SAP solutions that support workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes and propose SAP-driven solutions to address these challenges.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure SAP modules are functioning optimally and meeting business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users enabling them to effectively utilize SAP systems in their daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies to recommend upgrades and enhancements that align with organizational goals.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site collaboration to ensure seamless communication and project execution.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in SAP EWM SD FICO Integration SAP Indirect Procurement SAP Inventory Management SAP Purchasing and SAP-MM to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Demonstrate domain knowledge in Production Planning and Control for Industrial Manufacturing and Health & Safety (EHS) to address industry-specific challenges.
  • Experience in Industrial Manufacturing is a plus providing additional insights into optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve SAP-related issues effectively.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment ensuring project goals are met efficiently.


Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP MM SAP EWM or SAP SD.
