Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Functional Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience specializing in SAP QM and related modules. The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to enhance business processes in the manufacturing and health & safety domains. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP QM solutions tailored to meet business requirements in manufacturing and health & safety domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP QM modules with SAP PP-PI and other related systems.
- Provide expertise in SAP QM-Master Data management ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Oversee SAP QM integration processes to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and optimize SAP QM solutions for sales processes ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Implement SAP QM-Inspection Production solutions to enhance quality control measures during manufacturing.
- Manage SAP QM-Inspection Procurement processes to ensure compliance with procurement standards and quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate SAP QM-Quality Notifications to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Provide guidance on Health & Safety (EHS) compliance within SAP systems to support organizational safety goals.
- Optimize production planning and control processes using SAP PP-PI to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Offer training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SAP QM functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with organizational goals and industry standards. Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SAP QM-Master Data SAP QM Integration SAP PP-PI SAP QM in Sales SAP QM-Inspection Production SAP QM-Inspection Procurement and SAP QM-Quality Notifications.
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Health & Safety (EHS) and Production Planning & Control in Industrial Manufacturing.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills to address complex SAP-related challenges.
- Exhibit proficiency in hybrid work environments ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Display a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Have a proven track record of implementing SAP solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements.
- Possess the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present solutions effectively.
