Job Summary
Data -This role involves performing servicing tasks with a focus on MS Excel expertise and domain skills in Investor Accounting and Reporting Foreclosure Claims Filing and Servicing within the mortgage loan sector. The candidate will work from the office during night shifts ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the companys goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform servicing tasks with precision and efficiency ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze organize and report data effectively for operational and strategic purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve servicing workflows within the mortgage loan domain.
- Monitor and manage investor accounting and reporting activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
- Handle foreclosure processes with attention to detail ensuring adherence to legal and procedural requirements.
- Process claims filing and servicing tasks related to mortgage loans ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance servicing operations and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address queries resolve issues and provide updates on servicing activities.
- Support the team in achieving performance targets and meeting deadlines for critical servicing tasks.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Demonstrate commitment to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality servicing solutions that positively impact clients and society. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions formulas and data analysis capabilities.
- Have experience in investor accounting and reporting within the mortgage loan domain which is highly desirable.
- Exhibit knowledge of foreclosure processes and claims filing procedures in the mortgage loan sector which is nice to have.
- Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex servicing challenges.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in servicing or related roles.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools technologies and industry practices.
Certifications Required
Advanced MS Excel Certification Certification in Mortgage Loan Servicing (optional)
