Job Summary

This hybrid Sr Software Engineer role focuses on designing developing and enhancing secure and scalable web applications using Agile and Scrum practices while leveraging Azure cloud services Angular TypeScript and Net technologies. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to deliver reliable solutions that improve customer experiences in consumer lending and related domains.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust web applications using Angular TypeScript HTML CSS three zero and Bootstrap to deliver intuitive and accessible user interfaces that delight customers and reduce friction in digital journeys.
  • Implement secure and scalable server side services using Net Core Net Framework C sharp and Rest API patterns to ensure high performance interoperability and long term maintainability of critical business capabilities.
  • Optimize database schemas queries and stored procedures using T SQL to improve transaction throughput response times and data integrity for high volume consumer lending and financial workloads.
  • Collaborate with product owners scrum masters and fellow engineers in an Agile Scrum environment to refine user stories estimate work and deliver incremental value in predictable iterations.
  • Integrate applications with Azure services such as app hosting identity data storage and monitoring to increase resilience observability and operational efficiency in production environments.
  • Use Entity Framework to design and maintain data access layers that balance performance readability and ease of evolution while supporting complex domain rules and reporting needs.
  • Write clean modular and testable Java scripting and C sharp code following coding standards code review practices and static analysis to reduce defects and simplify future enhancements.
  • Create and maintain automated unit tests and integration tests to safeguard core workflows support continuous integration practices and enable safe frequent deployments.
  • Analyze production issues by reviewing logs metrics and user feedback then propose pragmatic fixes and preventive improvements that protect system stability and customer trust.
  • Partner with quality engineering user experience and operations peers to validate technical designs resolve defects early and align solutions with inclusive usability and performance expectations.
  • Document solution designs APIs configuration details and deployment runbooks in a clear concise manner so that teammates and support staff can operate and evolve the systems with confidence.
  • Mentor peers by sharing implementation patterns code review insights and domain knowledge so that the overall engineering team grows skills and delivers higher quality outcomes.
  • Apply awareness of consumer lending processes and regulatory considerations when designing features so that solutions align with compliance expectations and promote responsible financial services for society.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive hands on experience of eight to twelve years in building enterprise applications using Net Core Net Framework C sharp and Rest API architectures for complex business domains.
  • Exhibit strong front end engineering expertise with Angular TypeScript HTML CSS three zero Bootstrap and responsive design techniques to produce maintainable user centric interfaces.
  • Show proven experience working in Agile and Scrum teams including participation in backlog refinement sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to support iterative delivery.
  • Display solid proficiency with T SQL relational database concepts and performance tuning as well as practical use of Entity Framework for data access and object relational mapping.
  • Apply practical skills with Azure based application development including deployment configuration monitoring and use of platform services to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of Java scripting based client behavior debugging and browser compatibility considerations when implementing complex front end logic.
  • Utilize clear communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a hybrid work model across distributed teams time zones and partner groups.
  • Prefer prior exposure to consumer lending or broader financial services which supports better requirement interpretation risk awareness and customer centric solution design.
