Business Intelligence / Business Analyst Specialist – PA
As a BI/BA Specialist, you will make an impact by leveraging data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate actionable business insights, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. You will be a valued member of the Data & Analytics team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, leadership, and global teams.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain processes leveraging AI, generative models, and automation to enhance data analysis and operational efficiency
Design, build, and manage high-value dashboards and automated reports that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, growth opportunities, and structural bottlenecks, delivering actionable insights to leadership
Create predictive models for risk assessment and business forecasting to support long-term strategic planning
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance through regular validation, maintenance, and proper documentation
Work model: onsite

What you need to have to be considered
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Portuguese (interaction with global stakeholders)
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar data-driven roles
Practical experience applying AI concepts (e.g., Prompt Engineering, LLMs, ChatGPT, Cloud) to business efficiency and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling insights
Highly organized, dependable, and proactive professional with a strong focus on performance and KPI achievement
These will help you stand out
Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Google CRM tools
Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel) and customer analytics concepts
Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence
Degree (or ongoing studies) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
