As a QA Team Lead, you will make an impact by driving operational excellence, ensuring sales quality, and aligning quality performance with revenue growth across digital advertising programs. You will be a valued member of the Quality team and work collaboratively with Sales, Training, Operations, and Client stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of QA Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive calibration sessions with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on quality standards, compliance, and evaluation criteria
Perform deep-dive root cause analyses to identify performance gaps, behavioral trends, and revenue-impacting risks
Deliver strategic quality reports and business insights, connecting QA metrics to sales performance, SLA adherence, and revenue optimization
Optimize QA processes, scorecards, and frameworks while proactively identifying risks such as compliance issues, revenue leakage, and sales inefficiencies

What you need to have to be considered
Experience in Quality Assurance leadership within BPO, Customer Success, or Digital Sales environments
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler) and experience evaluating sales interactions
Solid expertise in Google Ads and digital marketing, with understanding of campaign structure and value-based selling
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, including data analysis, pivot tables, and executive reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to deliver data-driven feedback and influence decisions
Advanced English and professional fluency in Portuguese
These will help you stand out
Certifications such as Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), COPC, or Quality Management frameworks
Google Ads certifications
Previous experience in Ad Ops sales or account management roles
Proven track record of transforming QA functions into strategic, revenue-driven partners
Strong analytical mindset with experience linking quality insights to business outcomes
