Role: Infra Technology Specialist- IBM WebSphere
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)
In this role, you will:
• Overall 5-7 Years experience in managing Middleware technologies, WebSphere, Apache, tomcat.
· Troubleshoot and provide L1& L2 support for defects assigned in Test environments until closure.
• Timely issue communications and escalations to impacted stakeholders as per agreed frequency.
• Analyze recurring issues patterns and implement permanent fixes using effective problem management methodology.
• Determine clear root cause and develop a corrective action plan to resolve Problems.
• Perform Problem management process, Retrospections and prepare analysis on areas for service improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation such as Run Books, feature guides, flows, and KEDBs.
• Provide continuous feedback loop to Environment architecture & Engineering services for improvement opportunities.

· Compensation: We are offering an annual salary of CAD75,000- CAD85,000
