Job Summary

Serve as a senior consultant providing strategic guidance on complex business and technology initiatives in a hybrid work model applying eight to ten years of experience to design scalable solutions optimize processes and deliver measurable value for clients while aligning outcomes with the company mission of responsible sustainable innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Drive discovery workshops with client stakeholders to capture business goals pain points and success measures in order to shape solution scope and consulting approach that maximize measurable value for each engagement.
  • Analyze current client processes data flows and technology landscape to identify inefficiencies and risks then propose practical optimization opportunities that improve quality speed and cost outcomes.
  • Design end to end consulting solutions that integrate business strategy process improvements and enabling technology so that clients achieve sustainable transformation and better service outcomes for their own customers.
  • Develop detailed implementation roadmaps work plans and effort estimates that balance client constraints with delivery feasibility ensuring predictable timelines and transparent expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross functional internal teams to translate consulting recommendations into actionable tasks user stories and solution configurations that are clearly understood and traceable to client objectives.
  • Provide hands on guidance during solution implementation by reviewing deliverables validating configurations and ensuring alignment with the target operating model agreed with the client.
  • Advise on change management tactics including stakeholder communication training needs and adoption metrics so that new ways of working are embraced and benefits are fully realized.
  • Prepare and present clear status updates risk assessments and issue resolutions to client and internal stakeholders enabling informed decisions and proactive course corrections during the project life cycle.
  • Create robust functional documentation process maps and reference materials that support operational continuity and enable future enhancements without dependency on specific individuals.
  • Mentor junior team members by reviewing analysis outputs offering structured feedback and sharing proven consulting practices that raise the overall quality of client delivery work.
  • Evaluate engagement outcomes against defined key performance indicators and lessons learned then recommend continuous improvement actions that strengthen future projects and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with account teams to identify follow up consulting opportunities that address emerging client needs helping the company expand its positive impact across industries and communities.
  • Champion responsible and inclusive solution design by considering ethical implications data privacy expectations and social impact so that client outcomes contribute positively to society and the environment.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive consulting experience in the range of eight to ten years with a consistent track record of delivering complex business or technology transformation initiatives in hybrid work settings.
  • Possess strong skills in business process analysis requirements elicitation and solution design applying structured methods to translate client challenges into clear and implementable recommendations.
  • Apply advanced proficiency in data driven analysis and reporting using relevant tools to quantify current state performance model improvement scenarios and communicate findings in an accessible manner.
  • Bring solid experience working with enterprise platforms or digital solutions such as cloud based systems or large scale applications connecting technical capabilities to practical business value.
  • Exhibit excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management abilities that enable productive workshops clear presentations and trusted advisor relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Show proven capability in project coordination and task prioritization ensuring that consulting deliverables are produced with high quality within agreed timelines and in alignment with defined scope.
