Job Summary

This hybrid role is for a Project Manager with extensive experience in React Js Node JS risk management stakeholder management portfolio management and delivery management. The professional will manage complex technology projects ensure predictable delivery outcomes and support a global travel focused portfolio while contributing to resilient digital experiences for customers.


Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end planning for complex technology projects by defining scope schedules and milestones to ensure predictable delivery outcomes for the organization and its clients.
  • Coordinate daily work across React Js and Node JS project teams to ensure high quality software delivery that aligns with architectural standards and business expectations.
  • Implement structured risk management practices by identifying project risks early assessing their impact and driving mitigation actions to protect timelines and quality.
  • Engage proactively with diverse stakeholders to clarify requirements communicate status and manage expectations while maintaining strong and transparent relationships.
  • Optimize portfolio management activities by aligning projects with strategic priorities balancing resources and tracking value realization across multiple initiatives.
  • Monitor project execution using delivery management practices that include progress tracking issue resolution and dependency management to avoid delays and rework.
  • Guide teams in adopting modern engineering practices for React Js and Node JS solutions that improve code quality maintainability and performance across environments.
  • Prepare clear project documentation including plans status reports and decision logs to ensure shared understanding and traceability for all collaborators.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned from completed sprints and releases and by implementing practical enhancements to processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners such as architecture security and operations to ensure that project outcomes meet technical compliance and operational standards.
  • Apply structured change management approaches to manage scope changes assess impacts and negotiate trade offs that protect value and customer commitments.
  • Align project activities with the company purpose by focusing on digital solutions that make travel experiences safer more reliable and more accessible for customers.
  • Ensure effective use of hybrid work practices by organizing clear ceremonies communication channels and collaboration norms that support distributed teams.
  • Track and report meaningful delivery metrics such as throughput defect trends and cycle times to inform data based decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Apply fundamental understanding of travel intermediaries to translate business needs into actionable project deliverables that support partners and travelers.


Qualifications

  • Possess proven experience in managing large scale software projects built using React Js and Node JS with a strong understanding of web application architectures.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in risk management including risk identification qualitative and quantitative assessment and execution of mitigation plans.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management capabilities by facilitating workshops resolving conflicts and maintaining alignment among business and technology partners.
  • Bring solid portfolio management experience covering prioritization resource allocation and benefits tracking across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Show deep delivery management expertise including agile and iterative methods that support predictable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
  • Hold familiarity with travel intermediaries or related domains and be able to interpret domain concepts into practical technical and project decisions.
  • Display strong analytical and communication abilities that support clear documentation decision making and collaboration with cross functional teams.
