About the team
LFI Systematics (SI) Leveraged Professional Services support for LFI Core Banking Clients that run the Systematics Suite of applications.


The LFI (Systematics) Development organization at enhances the Systematics base code. Examples of this work includes enhancements, regulatory changes and corrections required for the base product. Primary responsibilities are analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and supporting the applications. We are looking for talented resources to be a part of this dynamic team.

What you will be doing

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support Systematics applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with architectural standards.
• Conduct code-level software analyses to identify root cause of bugs and/or system defects modifications as needed
• Architect and design solutions for base changes
• Develops and executes scripts, utilities and associated test plans. Scripts may modify data that is not updateable via user interface
• Interfaces with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT and Product Development to research and determine resolution of system defects
• Analyzes problem, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary
• Represents team on cross-functional teams for support and development activities
• Interprets and presents data and conclusions to management as needed

What you bring

• Demonstrated expert level knowledge of the Systematics applications.
• Demonstrated ability to design, code, test, and lead highly complex Systematics technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior level technicians.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to different mainframe/client environments and mainframe tool sets.
• Knowledge of a wide range of interface design, development and debugging tools, techniques and methodologies
• Knowledge of programming languages (COBOL/JCL)
• Knowledge of primary database engines (DB2/CICS)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to work independently and intuitive ability to prioritize assignments
• Must be dependable and able to meet and fulfill obligations
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal customers
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise with other resources
• Must be highly flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
• Willing to take on responsibilities and challenges

Bonus if you have:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working on Systematics applications with demonstrated increasing of job responsibilities.
