Job Title: Agile Project Manager (IT)

8+ years of experience in IT project management, with strong Agile delivery experience
Role Summary
The Agile Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies. The role involves close collaboration with global clients and distributed teams, requiring fluency in one foreign language to support international programs and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Agile IT projects, ensuring alignment to business outcomes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, priorities, and release plans
- Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders)
- Track velocity, delivery metrics, and sprint progress; ensure transparency through reports and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, governance, and quality standards
- Communicate status, risks, and milestones clearly to senior stakeholders and clients
- Support change management and continuous improvement across teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master / Delivery Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience managing distributed or multi-location teams
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
