About the role
As a Consulting Manager, Oracle OCM, you will make an impact by driving organizational change and enabling adoption of Oracle-based supply chain solutions across global enterprises. You will be a valued member of the Supply Chain Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, transformation leaders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training strategy for Oracle-driven supply chain transformations, including sourcing, procurement, and supplier enablement
- Drive adoption of Oracle solutions across global supply chain functions by aligning business processes, stakeholders, and change impacts
- Establish and manage Change Networks (Change Ambassadors) to support large-scale transformation programs
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training execution for new tools and platforms
- Develop and deliver end-user education, communications, and enablement strategies to ensure successful rollout and sustained adoption

What you must have to be considered
- Experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training initiatives in large-scale transformation programs
- Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain processes (e.g., Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Enablement)
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle implementations (e.g., ERP / SCM transformation programs)
- Proven ability to lead UAT coordination, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Experience building and managing Change Networks or Change Ambassador programs across global organizations
These will help you succeed
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing transformation roles
- Familiarity with global supply chain operating models and process standardization initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to operate in complex, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams
- Experience with digital adoption tools, learning platforms, or training design methodologies

Compensation
$81,450 – $129,500
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
