Job Summary

This hybrid role seeks a senior software engineer with eight to nine years of experience in building enterprise applications using net technologies c sharp asp net core web api asp net mvc python sql server azure and javascript within the mortgage loan domain delivering secure scalable and maintainable solutions for a global organization.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop secure and scalable net framework and asp net core web api services that support end to end mortgage loan processing workflows and ensure consistent performance across critical business applications.
  • Implement robust asp net mvc and javascript user interfaces that enable intuitive mortgage application experiences for customers and internal users while maintaining strong usability and accessibility standards.
  • Create optimized t sql queries stored routines and data access layers in sql server to support complex mortgage calculations reporting needs and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Develop python based utilities scripts and automation tools that enhance data validation mortgage risk assessment and operational efficiency for core lending systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners business analysts and domain experts in mortgage lending to translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Apply secure coding practices input validation and data protection techniques across net and python components to safeguard sensitive mortgage and customer information.
  • Integrate applications with azure services such as app services functions storage and messaging to provide resilient cloud based capabilities for mortgage platforms.
  • Optimize application performance through profiling refactoring caching and query tuning to ensure responsive mortgage processing during peak business periods.
  • Participate in code reviews unit testing and integration testing activities to uphold quality standards and reduce defects in mortgage loan solutions before production deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with support teams by analyzing logs data flows and configuration settings to minimize downtime for mortgage operations.
  • Document technical designs api contracts database schemas and deployment steps in a clear and maintainable manner to support ongoing enhancements and knowledge sharing among engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure hybrid work model practices are followed including effective use of collaboration tools clear communication and timely participation in onsite and remote sessions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies tools and design patterns that can enhance mortgage loan platforms and deliver greater value to customers and society.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate eight to nine years of hands on software engineering experience with strong proficiency in net framework asp net core web api asp net mvc and c sharp applied to enterprise applications.
  • Exhibit solid expertise in designing relational database schemas writing complex t sql queries and managing sql server environments tailored for mortgage loan data and reporting needs.
  • Show proven experience using python for automation data processing validation scripts and integration tasks that complement core net services in lending solutions.
  • Display practical knowledge of azure services including deployment configuration monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud hosted mortgage applications in hybrid environments.
  • Apply strong skills in javascript and related front end technologies to build responsive user interfaces that streamline mortgage processing and improve customer engagement.
  • Utilize understanding of mortgage loan life cycles underwriting servicing and compliance to design solutions that align with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with modern development practices including version control testing frameworks code review processes and agile delivery for complex mortgage projects.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders documenting decisions and explaining tradeoffs to ensure shared understanding of system behavior in mortgage contexts.
