Job Summary
Serve as a Cloud Specialist focused on enterprise identity access and directory services across a hybrid environment applying deep experience in Microsoft 365 identity Active Directory and federation services to design implement and optimize secure solutions that support sales planning and execution processes while collaborating with cross functional stakeholders in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Design and implement resilient cloud based identity architectures that integrate Microsoft 365 identity services with enterprise Active Directory to provide secure and seamless access for sales teams across regions.Configure and optimize Active Directory domain services including identity creation group policies and organizational structures to support complex sales planning and execution scenarios with high reliability.Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory environments by monitoring health performing capacity planning and executing remediation tasks that reduce service disruptions for business critical applications.Develop and maintain federation solutions using Microsoft federation services to enable secure single sign on across internal and external applications used by sales and account management stakeholders.Manage enterprise certificate services and related lifecycle activities including enrollment renewal and revocation to protect authentication workflows and sensitive sales related data.Create and enforce identity governance standards that define account provisioning deprovisioning and role based access for sales and operations personnel in alignment with compliance expectations.Collaborate with sales planning finance and operations teams to translate domain needs into identity and access designs that streamline deal workflows forecasting processes and performance reporting.Perform impact analysis and execute changes for directory and identity components during cloud migrations or application rollouts to ensure continuity for day shift users in a hybrid work environment.Develop monitoring dashboards alerts and automated checks for identity and federation platforms to proactively detect issues and reduce time to resolution for access incidents.Document runbooks configuration baselines and standard operating procedures for identity platforms so that support teams can execute operational tasks consistently and efficiently.Provide advanced troubleshooting for authentication authorization and directory related incidents by using logs tracing tools and collaboration with product engineering teams.Drive continuous improvement of security posture by applying industry practices for conditional access multifactor authentication and least privilege models within sales supporting applications.Coordinate with project and release teams to validate that new solutions or enhancements align with established identity standards and do not negatively impact existing user access patterns.
Qualifications
Apply a solid background of seven to ten years in enterprise identity and access management with extensive hands on work in complex hybrid environments.Utilize expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 identity services and related administration to configure authentication authorization and user lifecycle management capabilities.Demonstrate deep experience with Active Directory design implementation and daily administration including domain structures sites replication and group policy configuration.Employ practical expertise in Microsoft federation technologies and certificate services to build secure trust relationships between cloud platforms and on premises systems.Leverage proven knowledge in identity creation and account lifecycle processes to design scalable workflows for user service and privileged accounts across the organization.Apply domain exposure in sales planning and execution processes to align identity solutions with pipeline management territory planning and sales performance reporting needs.Engage effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift schedule while collaborating with distributed teams using remote tools and structured communication practices.
