Job Summary
Serve as a Technology Architect with deep expertise in Oracle File Based Data Import Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle Cloud ERP designing scalable hybrid model solutions for global clients in the IT consulting and analytics domain while ensuring secure efficient and reliable data integration that advances business outcomes and supports day shift project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design end to end Oracle Cloud ERP integration solutions that efficiently use Oracle File Based Data Import and HCM Data Loader to meet complex enterprise data processing needs in hybrid work environments.
- Architect robust data migration frameworks that streamline movement of master and transactional data into Oracle Cloud ERP while maintaining high standards of data quality and consistency across systems.
- Develop reusable patterns and reference architectures that standardize use of Oracle File Based Data Import and HCM Data Loader across multiple programs and client engagements in the IT consulting context.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and analytics specialists to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures that leverage Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities for measurable value.
- Review solution designs and technical specifications from implementation teams to ensure alignment with architectural guardrails performance expectations and security guidelines for cloud data flows.
- Optimize data load processes by tuning configuration choices batch strategies and validation rules so that large volume imports achieve predictable performance and minimal operational disruption.
- Provide detailed guidance to project teams on error handling reconciliation approaches and monitoring techniques for Oracle data load pipelines to reduce defects and rework.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation integration diagrams and data flow views that clearly explain how Oracle ERP components interact with upstream and downstream applications.
- Advise client stakeholders on adoption roadmaps best practices and risk mitigation strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in analytics driven environments.
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks on technical deliverables to ensure that integration solutions are maintainable extensible and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Mentor technical team members in effective use of Oracle HCM Data Loader and File Based Data Import so that project delivery quality and productivity improve over time.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to validate that data transfer mechanisms access models and encryption practices satisfy organizational compliance expectations.
- Engage in continual improvement activities by analyzing production incidents and performance metrics to refine architectural patterns and integration guidelines.
Qualifications
- Exhibit strong hands on experience designing and implementing data migration and integration solutions using Oracle File Based Data Import across multiple large scale projects.
- Demonstrate deep proficiency with Oracle HCM Data Loader including configuration of metadata business objects and load strategies for complex human capital data scenarios.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules extensions and integration options to craft architectures that support finance human capital and operational processes.
- Bring proven background in IT consulting environments managing multiple stakeholders documenting solutions clearly and delivering outcomes within agreed constraints.
- Utilize practical experience in analytics to design data models and integration patterns that support reporting insights and downstream analytical platforms.
- Showcase familiarity with hybrid work delivery models including effective remote collaboration practices secure access approaches and distributed team coordination.
- Display strong communication and problem solving skills that enable clear explanation of architectural choices to technical and non technical audiences.
