Job Summary

Serve as a technology architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP integrations using Oracle File Based Data Import and Oracle HCM Data Loader to design resilient data solutions in a hybrid work model. Apply ten plus years of consulting and analytics experience to enable secure data flows accurate reporting and scalable architectures that support business growth and regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Design robust end to end data integration architectures that use Oracle Cloud ERP with Oracle File Based Data Import and Oracle HCM Data Loader to deliver reliable and scalable enterprise data flows aligned to client objectives.
  • Drive creation of target state integration blueprints that connect Oracle Cloud ERP with surrounding applications while ensuring data quality traceability and operational resilience across business functions.
  • Define technical patterns and reusable components for file based data ingestion that improve consistency reduce manual rework and accelerate onboarding of new data sources within complex client environments.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams and business stakeholders to translate analytical and operational needs into detailed technical designs for imports and extracts supported by clear data mapping specifications.
  • Oversee configuration of Oracle HCM Data Loader templates and load rules to support large scale workforce data migrations and ongoing bulk updates with a strong focus on accuracy and control.
  • Coordinate design and optimization of Oracle File Based Data Import processes including validation rules and error handling to reduce load failures and improve turnaround time for data refresh cycles.
  • Guide performance tuning of integration workflows and batch jobs so that data loads complete within agreed service windows while minimizing resource consumption and operational risk.
  • Establish secure technical solutions for sensitive financial and people data by applying segregation of duties controls encryption options and role based access in Oracle Cloud ERP and integration touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with analytics specialists to design data structures and interfaces that enable self service reporting reconciliations and trend analysis based on trusted and timely ERP and HCM information.
  • Provide detailed technical guidance during testing cycles by defining test data sets validating load scenarios and resolving defects that involve Oracle File Based Data Import and Oracle HCM Data Loader components.
  • Document integration architectures configuration decisions and runbooks in clear technical artifacts that support maintainability audit needs and knowledge transfer for client and internal teams.
  • Mentor junior technologists in Oracle Cloud ERP integration concepts and good practices so delivery quality improves and the team can handle complex scenarios with greater autonomy.
  • Engage with global client stakeholders in a hybrid work model to review solution options explain technical trade offs and align on approaches that maximize long term value and societal impact through better digital services.


Qualifications

  • Deliver Oracle Cloud ERP solutions with extensive hands on experience in Oracle File Based Data Import and Oracle HCM Data Loader gained across multiple large scale client implementations in consulting environments.
  • Apply strong IT consulting skills to facilitate workshops clarify ambiguous requirements and propose architecture options that balance technical feasibility cost and business benefit.
  • Demonstrate advanced analytics mindset by defining data models key performance indicators and validation checks that help clients derive insight and measurable outcomes from ERP and HCM data.
  • Utilize more than ten years of enterprise technology experience with at least ten years focused on Oracle Cloud or related ERP platforms and integration technologies.
  • Communicate complex integration and data migration concepts in a concise and inclusive manner to technical teams functional experts and client leadership across regions.
  • Exhibit proven ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model using digital collaboration tools while maintaining strong delivery discipline and stakeholder engagement.
  • Show proficiency in structured problem solving root cause analysis and issue resolution for data load failures and integration defects in Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystems.
