Job Summary

Serve as a Technology Architect with deep expertise in Oracle File Based Data Import Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle Cloud ERP designing scalable hybrid solutions for enterprise clients in IT consulting and analytics. Apply ten to fourteen years of experience to shape secure reliable data integration architectures that enhance operational efficiency and enable data driven decision making across global business functions.


Responsibilities

  • Design and validate end to end solution architectures that leverage Oracle File Based Data Import Oracle HCM Data Loader and Oracle Cloud ERP to support complex enterprise transformation programs in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with business and IT consulting stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed architecture blueprints that maximize reuse scalability and analytics driven insights across cloud based platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive integration patterns using Oracle data import tools to streamline bulk data migration ongoing data loads and error handling processes while reducing manual intervention for global customers.
  • Define standards and guidelines for configuring Oracle HCM Data Loader templates mappings and validation rules that ensure consistent data quality regulatory compliance and predictable performance for large volumes.
  • Optimize Oracle Cloud ERP configurations by analyzing process gaps tuning setup parameters and aligning solution components with industry practices in finance human resources procurement and analytics reporting.
  • Create detailed technical design documents data flow diagrams and interface specifications that clearly describe data transformations dependencies and operational controls for implementation teams.
  • Coordinate with analytics specialists to design data models extract and load strategies and semantic layers that enable advanced reporting and predictive insights derived from Oracle Cloud ERP transactional data.
  • Guide development and configuration teams on best practices for version control environment promotion and automated validation to ensure stable and repeatable deployments across test and production landscapes.
  • Conduct rigorous performance assessments of data load processes using Oracle tools identifying optimization opportunities that minimize processing windows and improve system responsiveness for day shift operations.
  • Partner with quality assurance teams to define architecture centric test scenarios including data integrity checks reconciliation steps and regression coverage for critical Oracle cloud and integration components.
  • Provide architectural governance during project execution by reviewing design changes assessing technical risks and proposing mitigation plans that protect solution integrity and service continuity.
  • Support client stakeholders through demonstrations knowledge sharing sessions and technical walkthroughs that explain architecture decisions and highlight the business impact of Oracle cloud and analytics capabilities.
  • Document operational runbooks for support teams that cover monitoring procedures error triage steps and escalation paths for issues related to data imports HDL processes and Oracle Cloud ERP interfaces.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing incident trends performance metrics and user feedback to refine architecture patterns and enhance overall reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all proposed technologies and configurations align with organizational security guidelines data privacy expectations and audit requirements across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.


Qualifications

  • Apply ten to fourteen years of progressive experience in enterprise solution architecture with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP platforms and large scale data integration initiatives.
  • Demonstrate hands on proficiency with Oracle File Based Data Import and Oracle HCM Data Loader including template design transformation logic and troubleshooting of complex load issues.
  • Exhibit deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules and configuration options sufficient to advise clients on optimal setups that balance standard functionality with minimal customizations.
  • Bring practical experience from IT consulting environments including client facing engagement requirement analysis and delivery of architecture artifacts that support global rollout programs.
  • Leverage analytics domain knowledge to shape data models reporting strategies and performance indicators that enable evidence based decision making for business and technology leaders.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid model by coordinating onsite and remote stakeholders managing virtual workshops and maintaining clear documentation and communication channels.
  • Display strong problem solving skills with the capacity to evaluate tradeoffs recommend pragmatic architecture choices and align technical decisions with long term business value.
  • Communicate complex architectural concepts in clear non technical language to diverse stakeholders while also providing sufficient technical depth for implementation teams.
