Job Summary
SAP ATTP Functional Consultant serve as a functional architect specializing in SAP warehouse management mobile transactions materials management integration with sales and distribution and advanced track and trace processes. Design integrated solutions that streamline distribution operations and support accurate demand planning in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule and no regular travel.
Responsibilities
- Design end to end functional solutions in SAP warehouse management that optimize inventory accuracy and streamline warehouse task execution using radio frequency based transactions
- Configure and validate SAP warehouse processes that improve picking packing and putaway efficiency while ensuring accurate data capture through handheld mobile devices
- Coordinate closely with materials management experts to align purchasing goods receipt and stock transfer flows that seamlessly integrate with sales and distribution order processing
- Map and refine integration scenarios between materials management and sales and distribution so that pricing delivery billing and inventory updates remain consistent and traceable across the value chain
- Implement and enhance advanced track and trace regulatory processes that improve product serialization aggregation and reporting quality across manufacturing and distribution sites
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate distribution chain management requirements into scalable SAP process designs that reduce operational risk and improve service levels
- Analyze existing warehouse and distribution processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose SAP driven solutions that reduce manual effort and cycle times
- Create detailed functional specifications for enhancements interfaces and reports that support real time visibility of stock movements and serialized product history
- Guide testing cycles by preparing scenarios validating end to end results and supporting users so that new or changed solutions are adopted smoothly in daily operations
- Provide structured knowledge transfer and documentation to business and support teams so that ongoing operations and future enhancements can be executed with minimal disruption
- Partner with analytics and planning teams to ensure that warehouse inventory and order data can support accurate demand planning and forecasting processes across the distribution network
- Advise on best practices for data quality master data setup and exception handling in SAP so that downstream sales finance compliance and planning processes remain reliable
- Align solution design with enterprise standards and sustainability objectives so that warehouse and distribution processes contribute to safer compliant and more efficient supply chains
Qualifications
- Apply more than ten years of functional experience in SAP warehouse management with hands on configuration of radio frequency transactions and warehouse execution processes in complex environments
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of materials management integration with sales and distribution covering purchasing inventory management outbound delivery creation and billing relevant data flows
- Exhibit proven experience with advanced track and trace processes for serialized products including regulatory compliance integration testing and performance troubleshooting
- Utilize working knowledge of distribution chain management concepts such as order fulfillment stock allocation and transportation handoffs to design practical SAP solutions
- Draw on practical familiarity with demand planning and forecasting fundamentals so that warehouse and inventory data structures effectively support planning accuracy
- Communicate clearly and inclusively with cross functional teams while working in a hybrid model and day shift schedule to support global stakeholders without requiring frequent travel
- Document complex functional designs test evidence and user procedures in a concise and structured manner to enable efficient support and future system evolution
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include SAP Certified Application Associate in warehouse management or SAP certified application specialist in track and trace
