This role focuses on designing and maintaining robust data and machine learning pipelines using Airflow machine learning and ML Ops practices. The professional will create secure and scalable generative AI solutions collaborate with cross functional partners and optimize deployment workflows to deliver high quality intelligent products that support business objectives and broader societal impact.
Qualifications:
- +5 years of experience as Machine Learning Engineer
- Experience with Airflow and ML Ops practices is a must
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
- Hybrid role in any of our 4 locations in Mexico: CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Queretaro
Responsibilities
• Design and maintain complex Airflow workflows that orchestrate reliable data ingestion transformation and model training pipelines for critical business applications.
• Develop and optimize scalable generative AI models that can be integrated into existing platforms to enhance user experiences and deliver measurable value.
• Implement ML Ops practices that standardize model versioning packaging deployment and rollback to ensure resilient production operations.
• Build automated monitoring and alerting for data quality feature drift and model performance so that potential issues are detected early and resolved quickly.
• Collaborate with data engineers data scientists and product teams to translate analytical concepts into production grade machine learning services.
• Refine and tune machine learning models using appropriate techniques so that predictions remain accurate fair and relevant over time.
• Create reusable components for data preprocessing feature engineering and model serving that reduce duplication and accelerate project delivery.
• Document architecture decisions coding standards and operational runbooks in a clear and maintainable way for future team use.
