Responsibilities : -Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and refine product and business roadmaps that align with organizational strategy and maximize measurable value for customers and stakeholders. -Coordinate with Typescript or Scala Java DynamoDB DocumentDB Kafka Redis AWS skills Datadog Splunk engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that support efficient and predictable delivery. -Analyze data from Dynamo DB backed applications to identify trends opportunities and risks that influence prioritization decisions and continuous improvement actions. -Oversee backlog management by grooming and prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact effort and risk to ensure optimal use of team capacity. -Monitor day to day delivery progress in a hybrid model ensuring that remote and onsite collaboration flows smoothly and blockers are identified and resolved quickly. -Engage with stakeholders across product operations finance and compliance to gather input clarify expectations and negotiate tradeoffs in a transparent and structured manner. -Evaluate performance of business initiatives using defined key metrics and prepare concise reports and presentations that guide decision making by senior management. -Partner with quality and engineering teams to ensure that Java and Type Script based solutions are robust secure and aligned with enterprise technology standards and best practices. -Drive process improvements in planning estimation and release management to increase predictability reduce waste and support timely day shift deliveries without travel requirements. -Coordinate with user experience and product design peers to ensure that features grounded in Dynamo DB data structures support intuitive and inclusive user journeys. -Manage financial aspects such as forecasting budgeting and benefit tracking so that each increment of work demonstrates clear return on investment and supports company wide goals. -Support risk and compliance activities by documenting key decisions process flows and controls related to digital products supported by Java Dynamo DB and Type Script technologies. -Communicate clearly and regularly with all involved parties so that expectations are aligned milestones are visible and impacts on customers and society are well understood. -Qualifications -Display proven experience of six to ten years in business management or product oriented roles working closely with software engineering teams on complex digital solutions. -Demonstrate strong understanding of Java based application ecosystems sufficient to discuss technical tradeoffs impacts on timelines and implications for long term maintainability. -Apply practical knowledge of Dynamo DB data modeling capacity considerations and query patterns when supporting design and prioritization of backend features. -Utilize solid familiarity with Type Script driven front end or full stack development practices to ensure that business requirements are realistic testable and user oriented. -Exhibit proficiency in agile practices such as backlog refinement sprint planning and review sessions enabling efficient coordination within hybrid day shift teams. -Employ effective communication negotiation and analytical skills to bridge business and technology viewpoints while maintaining a clear focus on measurable outcomes. -Show capability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment managing multiple initiatives concurrently without the need for frequent travel. 9.
