Dans le cadre d'un projet de migration data depuis Google Cloud Platform (GCP / BigQuery) vers Microsoft Fabric, vous intervenez en tant que Data Architect référent·e au sein d'une équipe Cognizant composée d'ingénieurs Fabric, d'un ingénieur Talend et d'un QA.

Le client est un grand compte du secteur de la chimie. L'objectif est de migrer l'intégralité de l'environnement data : GCP, BigQuery et Talend vers une plateforme Microsoft Fabric unifiée.

--> Localisation : Paris — mode hybride

Vos missions

En tant que Data Architect référent·e, vous êtes en charge de :

  • Concevoir l'architecture data de bout en bout dans Microsoft Fabric, de l'ingestion à la consommation
  • Définir la stratégie de migration depuis BigQuery vers les Lakehouses et Warehouses Fabric (Staging, ODS, Data Marts)
  • Poser les standards et bonnes pratiques du projet : ingestion, transformation, stockage, gouvernance, sécurité
  • Concevoir les solutions d'ingestion depuis des sources variées : SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SFTP, APIs
  • Animer les ateliers techniques avec les parties prenantes client et valider les choix d'architecture
  • Produire les livrables formels : HLD, LLD, schémas de flux, spécifications techniques pour l'équipe d'ingénierie
  • Superviser la mise en oeuvre et accompagner les ingénieurs tout au long du projet

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience

  • 10 ans et plus en architecture data, dont 3 ans minimum en architecture lead sur des plateformes cloud
  • Expérience avérée sur une migration data à grande échelle depuis GCP ou AWS vers Azure
  • Expérience de production de livrables formels validés par des parties prenantes client : ateliers, comptes-rendus, validation formelle

Compétences techniques

  • Microsoft Fabric : maîtrise experte des composants clés — OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Spark
  • Data warehousing : maîtrise des modèles Kimball et/ou Inmon, patterns ELT
  • BigQuery : connaissance de la structure et des mécanismes d'export
  • Sources systèmes : connaissance des patterns d'extraction SAP, Salesforce, Oracle
  • Outillage : Azure DevOps, Git, outils d'architecture (Lucidchart, Visio ou équivalent)

Posture et mode de travail

  • Capacité à travailler en interface directe avec des architectes et décideurs IT côté client
  • Rigueur documentaire : chaque décision d'architecture est tracée, versionnée et formellement validée
  • Français courant — anglais courant

Ce qui pourr faite la différence

  • Expérience directe sur Microsoft Fabric en environnement de production — pas uniquement en POC ou veille
  • Connaissance de Talend et capacité à analyser des pipelines ETL existants pour les re-architecturer
  • Expérience multi-sources complexes sur un même projet : SAP + Salesforce + Oracle simultanément
  • Disponibilité rapide souhaitée — à discuter selon profil

Modalités de travail

Mission hybride basée à Paris — rythme de présence sur site à définir avec le client.
