Job summary

PTG Senior Developer will design and implement scalable Pega based applications that enable resilient case management and digital process automation for global business operations. The role involves applying deep expertise in Pega frameworks data integration and application development to deliver secure maintainable and high performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The position operates in a hybrid work model during day shifts collaborating closely with cross functional teams


Responsibilities

  • Architect robust Pega solutions that translate complex process requirements into maintainable case management applications that improve business agility and operational transparency.
  • Design end to end case lifecycles in Pega case management that streamline work routing escalations and service level tracking to reduce cycle times and improve customer outcomes.
  • Configure and optimize Pega frameworks to align with enterprise patterns so that reuse consistency and standardization are maximized across multiple applications.
  • Develop performant data models in Pega that ensure accurate capture persistence and retrieval of structured and unstructured information while supporting regulatory and audit needs.
  • Implement secure integrations using Pega integration capabilities that connect core platforms external services and downstream systems to enable reliable data exchange and straight through processing.
  • Create modular application components in Pega application development that simplify maintenance support extensibility and foster clear separation of responsibilities across layers.
  • Optimize Pega decision strategies and business rules so that business users can adjust logic quickly while maintaining predictable behavior and system stability.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues in Pega environments by performing root cause analysis and applying sustainable fixes that minimize recurrence and service disruption.
  • Collaborate with business partners and technology teams in a hybrid work model to clarify requirements validate designs and ensure solutions address real world operational challenges.
  • Apply secure coding and platform configuration practices in Pega so that data privacy access control and compliance expectations are met for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation for Pega solutions that supports knowledge sharing onboarding of new team members and efficient handover to support teams.
  • Mentor junior developers by reviewing Pega designs and code providing constructive feedback and promoting adherence to architectural guidelines and development standards.
  • Coordinate with testing teams to define scenarios data setups and defect triage processes for Pega releases so that deployments are predictable and quality objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities by analyzing performance metrics and user feedback from Pega applications and proposing enhancements that increase usability and reliability.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise Pega platform governance by participating in design reviews and contributing to the evolution of patterns templates and shared components.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive practical experience working with Pega frameworks and applying them to design scalable enterprise solutions across multiple business domains.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Pega data modeling and integration including configuration of connectors services and error handling patterns for reliable interoperability.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Pega case management by defining stages steps routing logic and service levels that support complex process variations and exception handling.
  • Show proven capability in end to end Pega application development from requirement interpretation through design build unit testing and deployment in large environments.
  • Apply sound understanding of general software engineering practices such as version control branching strategies and code review approaches within Pega projects.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with product owners architects and testers in a hybrid setup and ensure shared understanding of solution objectives.
  • Display familiarity with agile methods and tools by participating in refinement sessions estimating workloads and delivering Pega features in iterative increments.
  • Maintain awareness of Pega platform enhancements and industry trends and incorporate relevant features into solution designs to keep applications modern and efficient.
